Good News Every Day.
There’s an old saying in the news business: “If it bleeds, it leads.”
And unfortunately, that’s become the reality of modern news.
Every morning, millions of people wake up to headlines filled with violence, fear, political division, tragedy, and controversy.
We wanted to do something different.
We wanted to create a news organization that focuses on the good things happening in our world.
The Bible offers some wonderful advice in Philippians 4:8:
“Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
That’s the inspiration behind The Daily Hope.
We believe you should be able to start your day with something uplifting instead of a steady diet of sensationalized news designed to frighten, anger, and divide.
Now, don’t misunderstand us.
We know there are serious problems in the world. Wars happen. Tragedies occur. Injustice is real. And being informed about what’s happening around us is important.
But let’s face it. There are already plenty of places to find bad news.
We want to be a place where you can find the good.
What You’ll Find at The Daily Hope
Good News: Inspiring stories of kindness, generosity, courage, compassion, and ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
Local News: Positive developments in Mesa, Apache Junction, the East Valley, and communities throughout Arizona. From local heroes to neighborhood events, we want to celebrate the people and places that make our communities special.
Faith & Hope: Stories of faith, perseverance, answered prayers, and people whose lives are making a difference.
Community: Local organizations, nonprofits, churches, volunteers, and everyday neighbors working to make the world a better place.
Encouraging Discoveries: Breakthroughs in medicine, science, education, and technology that offer genuine reasons for optimism.
A Better Way to Start Your Day
We’re not suggesting you ignore the problems of the world.
We’re simply reminding you that the problems aren’t the whole story.
There is still goodness. There is still kindness. There are still people helping their neighbors, overcoming impossible odds, and making extraordinary sacrifices for others.
And those stories deserve to be told, too.
So pour yourself a cup of coffee, take a few minutes, and start your day with a little hope.
Welcome to The Daily Hope.
Real stories. Renewed hope.
The Daily Hope is a media ministry of Romans 12 Church in Mesa, Arizona. Our mission is to share real stories that inspire hope, celebrate goodness, and remind our readers that good things are happening every day.
